MISSION
AdlCL International Design was born as Architect and Consultant in Madrid, Spain, in 1999. Through Studio Lamela and Richard Rogers's offices and working on the New Barajas Airport Terminal 4 and Satellite Building I adquired the foundations for the architecture I deliver today. My international experience covers four years in Spain, three years in Chicago,three in Boston, Mexico and Dallas, with designs ranging from Hospitals, Residential (Single Family homes and Big Luxury Condominiums), Academic ,Institutional and Masterplanning. My goal is to create a better architecture for both the clients and the environment. PROCESS All my projects start with a comprehensive analysis of the site, client's program, budget, special requirements and sustainability. Sustainability is a way of live and a design tool I always try to achieve the highest levels of sustainability on all my projects, always according with the clients budget and expectations. My design process encourages client participation and collaboration with engineers, consultants, designers and contractors to create the highest quality product possible. VALUES I always use all the best technological tools available to deliver the most complete and advance design, including: BIM (Building Information Modeling) , 3D Renderings and Ecotect Analysis (sustainable building design software), which offers building energy analysis . |
