I am a 23 year old recent graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, India, specializing in the field of product design. I currently work in Delhi as a freelancer with work ranging from medical technology and lifestyle products to branding, film, and music. I play the drums and the tabla and have a strong interest in tennis and soccer. I am currently fascinated by philosophy and like reading about human evolution and different interpretations of the purpose of life. I would love to set up my own workshop someday and produce handcrafted and personalized products for a niche market.

Apart from completing my graduation, I worked with a team of three students to win the USID Samsung Design Challenge in 2012. I have also presented a paper and a poster on a diabetes management system concept at the Human Computer Interaction Conference held in I.I.T.Delhi in 2014. In 2014, I was selected for an exchange program by NID to ENSAD Paris, France, where I studied for one semester. Working with brands like Louis Vuitton and Blackbody helped me understand and appreciate a new world of design that I had no previous knowledge of. I worked with a startup in Bangalore, India called InnAccel for six months as part of my thesis project. We developed an affordable way to treat Chronic Rhinosinusitis and the product is soon to launch in the Indian market and help treat thousands of sinusitis patients. The prospect of working in unchartered territories with experienced groups and individuals motivates me and I hope to continue learning and challenging myself with new expeditions in life.
