With a degree in Graphic Design & Branding, Raymond Forbes-Schieche has 8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Art Director. Most recently, Raymond worked as Design Director for the Brand Development division at Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) in New York City. In this role, Raymond oversaw strategic and creative marketing efforts from a branding and design strategy perspective, providing direction to a team of 6 designers, and lead in ideation sessions with the core team members. As Design Director, he was tasked with addressing marketing challenges through strategic Design Thinkinghelping maintain the Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) brand values.
Prior to joining UCI, Raymond was Senior Designer at the Branding Division of the integrated marketing agency FCB Health. Recruited by the EVP, Creative Director of Branding, Raymond helped establish the branding discipline at FCB NY. During this time he helped launch major brands for such clients as Pfizer, Merck, Nivea, Lilly, MedImmune, TEVA, and Nestle Health. Previously, he worked at the full service advertising agency The Joey Company, where he served as Art Director for several CPG brands such as Trojan, Icy Hot, Gold Bond, Nair, and ACT Mouthwash. As Art Director, he helped the agency win an Effie Award in the Healthcare, OTC category for the Trojan Condoms campaign "You Can't Wait to Get it On." Raymond was awarded a merit from the 2014 Graphis Design Annual in the Branding Category for the Riverside Park Brand Identity, as well as merit for the Fred Shand Brand Identity. Raymond completed his graduate studies in Graphic Design & Branding at Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audiovisual Communications from the University of Puerto Rico. |
