Entry Description

Kamon Teppanyaki is a fine dining Japanese Restaurant with French touch on the dishes. Fine dining is the extraordinary dining experience, combines fabulous food, high quality service, and world class restaurant design. The tastiest food called Freshness. An excellent design can escalate the scene of freshness, which however is a conceptual feeling of human desire. The design concept Power of the Ocean fully by its selection of materials and design details, bringing the foodie to enjoy the freshness meal. The design expresses the Japanese and French fine dining core spirit - dignified ambiance and detailed decor by the selection of materials and the layout planning. The project started in June 2016 and finished in September 2016 in Hong Kong.

About Designer

“Balance between beauty, function and cost (includes environmental)” is the design philosophy of Vincent. Vincent Chiang Chi-wai born and grew in Hong Kong, received his degree in Interior Architecture at Middlesex University London. Vincent has worked in R&D department of Steve Leung Designers Ltd after graduation. After that, he starts his design firm, In Cube Design Ltd with a partner. Understanding the dynamic and rhythm of city and extremely familiar with all brands of materials, he could provide a professional advice for client and win high reputation in the interior design field. Vincent has over 15 years’ experience in interior design and project management, he is strong in space planning and cares about the quality works, he has handled over 300 interior design projects, including the series of Shanghai PoPo, Shanghao PoPo 336, Teawood café and restaurant, LMK, PaParich, Gyu-Kaku Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant & On-Yasai and luxury houses in Hong Kong.
