Entry Description

The former Robuchon a Galera, relocated to the dome of Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macao and renamed as Robuchon au Dôme., is epitome of fine dining where culinary artistry met with finest décor which designed with French and Modern classic style and is inspired by a typical French Opera Theatre.

On 1st Dec 2011, the former Robuchon a Galera, a Three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Macao, relocated to the dome of Grand Lisboa Hotel and renamed as Robuchon au Dôme., with 360 degree of magnificent view and the epitome of fine dining where culinary artistry is met with the finest décor which designed with the French and Modern classic style.

Floor area: 850 sq.m, with 58 seats, it shows the prestigious and exclusiveness
The interior design concept of the restaurant is inspired by a typical French Opera Theatre.

A breathtaking chandelier formed with 130,000 pcs of Swarovski crystal, cascading from the middle of the ceiling, resembles an elegant couture gown of the performer flared at the center of an Opera stage which creates a dramatic ambience for a truly exquisite fine-dining experience. Shiny flooring underneath reflecting the chandelier even to gives more depth to the space
