Entry Description

The objective was to create a fresh, updated, and professional office that reflects the trusted reputation that our client and her company have earned in the insurance and financial service industries.

The design for this agent's office was inspired by the solid and trusted reputation of it's corporate affiliate. We incorporated a color palette that we borrowed from the State Farm Insurance company's marketing collateral. The previous office was dated with a 1990's mauve and burgundy color scheme. With the new space, we wanted the customer to identify immediately with the Nereyda Perez - State Farm Agent name. Vibrant reds, soft dove whites, and sky gray taupe hues were used throughout the space. Using a mix of materials, like warm wood walnuts, glass, gunmetal steel, brushed stainless steel, textured fabrics, pvc textiles, leathers, textured porcelain tiles, and nubby carpet tiles, we were able create a space with depth and dimension, while still remaining balanced and cohesive.

KT Design Solutions worked closely with an architect, general contractor, several sub-contractors, office furniture vendors, and installers to complete the office space for our client. We were charged with delivering the overall look and feel of the finished interior design for the space. We were also responsible for the design project management and for overseeing construction trade progress during our site visits. We designed and specified every interior detail from the furniture space plan, colors, textiles, flooring, ceiling materials, lighting fixtures, office furniture, equipment, window coverings, accessories, and marketing signage.
