The more building belongs to the human and its place the more it will be memorable and livable as a space. The simple architectural design will be seen natural, recognizable and will take place itself in daily life. To achieve to create such a building there are always rational criteria like urban texture, location, roads, pedestrian ways, climate as a starting point instead of generally accepted approaching methods. These criteria from the first moment in design process make all architectural and urban predictions to transform a building and space which belongs to human and its place. The project is located in Naberezhnye Chelny in Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. This multifunctional building contains hotel, lecture room, multifunctional hall, open and closed swimming pools, open-air movie theatre, restaurants, sports center with approximately 28.400 m² closed area and 15.000 m² open area. As a design criteria simplicity, human scale, functionality, current environmental compliance, economy have been considered in the first place. With open areas and terraces it is aimed to create a strong image which can contribute urban life. The potential of the function and location have been considered to create a building which have a chance to be a landmark of the city.

Lines that serve to human. At each time interval all this effort for creation over and over again is to find an unknown way to tell something which is already known and which is already belongs to human. It is a challenge to time that works against you and every designer in deep their inside keep a possibilty to defeat the time. They should just look inside their own selves and try to explore what is there. When you once find out what is there maybe it is just a matter of time to find a particular way to tell it for everyone.â€
