Entry Description

The interiors of the public spaces of Miro is inspired by the world of urban living in a metropolitan city such as Singapore Using the famous Spanish artist - Joan Miro - as a starting point, the interiors subtly refers to the world of art thru its abstracted but well articulated planes & surfaces and it's minimalist lines and forms to create artful spaces that is an art in itself It's rich and at times dark and soulful interior ambience lends itself well to the world of urban living, becoming a hip and reclusive cocoon for those tired jetsetting urban professionals who just want to kick off their heels and lap it up in their loft-like living spaces Rich dark materials like anodized bronze that line the walls and clad the bar counters, successfully captures the feeling of an soulful urban lifestyle, whilst the weaved rattan-like outdoor due rites provide that languid lifestyle typically associated with living in the tropics More akin to a urban hip hotel than a suburban condominium, the Miro aspires to be place where one can either rest in peace, or entertain to the full given the almost sanctuary-like yet glamorous dining and spa spaces on the facilities floor It sets the stage for a 21st century inner city living thru its space planning, the surface articulations and liberal use of urban yet resort-like furniture in the public spaces ...successfully fulfilling our developer client's wishes for a chic abode that encapsulates a sophisticated city lifestyle yet within the comforts of a near-suburban settings
