Changing the brand of LAX - a new passenger experience
The new international concourse has an integrated media experience that rivals any media system in the United States. Fentress Architects’ LEED Silver design is inspired by the Pacific Ocean: a series of wave-like ceilings reduce solar glare and heat from the ocean on the west and bathe the terminal in natural light from the northeast. The $1.2 billion Bradley West Project is composed of approximately 1.25 million s.f. of new building area, including food/beverage and retail concessions, new premium lounge space, enlarged security, customs and immigration facilities, and other passenger amenities.
