Entry Description

1,195 square meters of internal space with a total budget of $ 220,000.00, the concept ideology is to be that of a personalized and fully staffed boutique hotel for our Client to sell on, facilitating the environments within and establishing both a spatial and visual synergy. The interior aesthetics are required to reflect these sentiments and create a space that is timelessly elegant yet modern.
The villa includes three independent floors - the ground floor accommodating for entertainment, including reception, formal/informal dining and living areas continuing onto the first and second floors of which are to be more centered around relaxation and accommodating for a spa, private suite, guest rooms and penthouse areas all of which, in principle, will be comparable to a hotel’s signature spaces and amenities.
The design aesthetics applied are to reflect a sense of timeless elegance yet be stylish in their simplicity and luxurious to the eye. This is achieved through the intricately specified finishes throughout and exemplified through the finite attention to detail and subtle styling that adorn the interiors various levels. Materials such as natural stone with differing textural variations, antique and polished brass inlays and bespoke crafted profiles with illuminated quartz and onyx surfaces play subtly with the application of the grain. The exquisitely upholstered surface panels, imaginative selection of diversifying fabrics through to the sophistication and elegance of the procured & custom furniture and dynamic lighting selections are all used to create the innovative interior that is initially sought after and will ultimately be achieved.
