Located in the heart of Tribeca, this triplex features a vast living space and two expansive outdoor spaces. The simple architectural elements of the spectacular double-height living room are brought to life with a one-of-a-kind, monochrome plaster relief by artist Malcolm Hill. Two separate seating areas are defined by custom circular rugs, upon which sit two custom organically-shaped Vladimir Kagan sofas. A strikingly sculptural black and silver resin piano made by Based Upon, London’s highly-acclaimed design group, creates the perfect atmosphere for entertaining.
The luxurious environment of the living space carries over to the master suite. Exquisite fabrics cover the built-in headboard, as well as the vintage sofa and chairs in the seating area that sit upon a custom cowhide rug by Kyle Bunting.
Combining comfort, luxury, and the client’s love of design, Amy used her curatorial and artistic eye to create a warm and inviting atmosphere perfectly suited for this cutting-edge entrepreneur.
