Entry Description: This card was designed as a feature part of our POP-UP campaign to promote our activity in the Downtown Los Angeles area. The card allowed our marketing department to promote TCA Architects as a leader in designing signature urban multifamily communities. The card creatively illustrates our recently completed projects as well as projects under construction that are essentially “popping up” in the emerging metro districts of downtown Los Angeles. Illustration was used to playfully reference a children’s pop-up book. The card opens to have our projects “pop-up” in front of LA’s skyline, reinforcing our firm’s role in helping to shape the future of LA’s cityscape. The mailer was sent simultaneously with an electronic version that when opened, animated the card and guided visitors to our website with a landing page and links to the featured projects
