The main building as a fortress on the height, houses the permanent exhibition and the administration, it imposes on its website. Secondary programs such as the restaurant, tasting room or exhibition come them adapt to landscape instead. They keep the frame of the park and up with. These spaces background railways, the city but also the garden and vineyard . For more independent and receive less public such as workshops, olfactory tests them become more discrete programs, their access based on the site, politeness landscape met and are accessed only by underground exhibition space the museum.
