PO-YANG, CHU, Dean of ‘HBI Architects Milano’ and Project Manager of Hsuan Pin Design Consultants Inc, is an influential award-wining designer in the Asian-Pacific region. Graduated from the department of Architecture ,Tam Kang University ,Taipei in 1990.Obtained the AA Graduate Diploma in Design, Architectural Association in London from 1994-1996.From 1996 to 2004, he was a lecturer at the Department of Architectural Design in Taipei Shin Chien University.
During his 25 year career as an architect, he has accumulated a wealth of design experience and continues to come up with innovative ideas displayed in his outstanding works in the fields of public and commercial spaces, residential interior architecture and decoration. He has won multiple awards and honors with his masterpieces including his role as chief designer of the project ‘Humble Art & Antique Museum’ which won The Best Public Space award of The Ninth Golden Bund Awards in 2014, hosted by Interior Design Chinese Edition.
