The intent of the design is to propose an alternative solution for future high-density residence global wise. Approaching the concept using prefabricated module houses as occupational elements in a rigid structural frame, the concept is to reduce onsite works and materials in order to speed up the construction process, as well as reduction in cost and labor with quality ensured from factory manufactures. Occupants are to purchase their prefabricated modules in certain dimensions; modules may be joint in a certain way to provide larger living area but depends on available plots in the building for them to be placed. Without having to purchase an entire house and plot, occupants may purchase or rent the plot only, and then shift their modules to the new building. This way the cost for living is reduced and living in the cities can become more affordable.
The sustainability in design concept is to create maximized green area. With a small building footprint and large building height, proposal of having vertical gardens is used for sustainable living. The façade of the building acts as a skin, which protects the building and allows it to breathe with ventilation. The building shape ensures maximum day lighting to both towers and minimal floor area to the building footprint.
