Entry Description

Inspired by Biomimicry’s 3 pillars: Form, Process, and Ecosystem, Su Jin was designed to not only challenge the status quo of fine dining but to redefine the industry.
A flower-influenced physical forms within the space such as the central courtyard and the organization of rooms blooming from it.
The Hanok style minimizes the ecological footprint and hempcrete has been implemented to mitigate emissions after construction.A paradigm shift is inevitable when changing the perspective from learning about nature to learning from nature. Su Jin facilitates this transition with great food and design
