Entry Description

New Delhi is the sum of many layers and cities established over its 1000 years of existence. The project is part of the studio's initiative to promote the heritage of Delhi by showcasing its architectural splendour. We wanted to recreate a small essence of a city that reveals new aspects of itself the more time you spend with it. We set out to create a unique product that is completely handmade. The calendar- Ziya 2016, invites visitors to take back with them a part of the living heritage, that is Delhi.
The studio worked with a group of self-help women's groups of under-priveleged communities in Delhi to create this completely handmade calendar.
