Entry Description

Shanghai UDG International Design Valley is located in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Its predecessor was a hotel with lodging, catering and entertainment functions operated by the government of Yangpu District. Although it has only been built for 10 years, it is witnessing a decline period. Due to changes in policy, the government has been unable to operate such leisure and entertainment venues. In order to be consistent with the development orientation of Yangpu District, the government hopes to transform it into a creative design park with design enterprises as the main resident units.
