53 West 53 is a 1,050-foot-high residential condominium tower featuring exterior architecture masterfully designed by Pritzker Prize-winner Jean Nouvel. Its sculptural form, progressive yet reminiscent of classic Manhattan skyscrapers, includes an innovative exposed structural system composed of metal-clad concrete, which Nouvel refers to as the Diagrid. Behind its striking façade are a collection of impeccably detailed residences and amenities designed by renowned interior architect Thierry Despont, each spacious and light-filled, with panoramic views of Central Park and New York City.
