The Perelman Performing Arts Center is the cultural keystone and final public element in the World Trade Center site. Wrapped in translucent marble—such that it defers to its context by day and glows at night with respectful individuality—The Perelman is a producing house for music, theater, dance, opera, and film that pioneers new forms of adaptability. Its 3 venues can be combined into 10 proportions and 62 stage-audience configurations, ranging from 50 to 950 seats, amplifying the creativity of its artists and surprising patrons with a new procession and viewing experience upon each visit.
