Entry Description

The Yonge + Rich Condos in downtown Toronto, Canada will be a stunning 50-storey dual
tower structure by developers Great Gulf, a multifaceted real estate company with a focus
in every area of development.

Setting the tone and ambiance for the new condo development, the Yonge + Rich sales centre
was designed especially for its cosmopolitan, well-traveled and sophisticated client in
mind. At the juxtaposition of classic and contemporary, the showroom is 3000 sq.ft and was
constructed on-site in an 18th century building with a historical facade and modernly
furnished. Evoking the sensibility of an art gallery rather than a traditional sales
center, the space was thoughtfully curated with an enduring sense of style.

Throughout the space, commissioned art grace the walls amongst a neutral, handsome
interior palette with various shades of grey and muted colors. Seamlessly blending
contrasting elements, windows are filled with greenery to enlighten the room and soften
the custom stone tile flooring.

The layout of the showroom engages the client in a sensory shopping experience with three
touchpoint zones. Upon arrival, connected LED screens light up the entrance and guests are
introduced to the condo development with an impressive touch-screen cantilevered table and
an interactive condo model, displaying real-live views from designated suites, floor plans
and building amenities. In the center of the room, an intimate meeting area is created by
glass room partitions and geometric structured couches and chairs. Lastly, at the rear of
the showroom, suite finishes are eloquently set upon tables for the client's viewing.
