the concept for this project:
1. an office can represent British Council.
2. clean and open working space.
3. can receive public.
4. public area have to 100% box off to the back office.
5. multi-function room in public area. (including function: examination/ vedio conference / press conference / can combine with information center.......etc .)
6. mobile office system.
7. casual meeting area.
8. create a warm and life style working space.
9. promote environmental protection.
10. interior design plus some fine art.
