After an 8 month testing & development program it passed the 16CFR1700 tests with 92% effectiveness with seniors and 94% with kids. Manufacturing is simple and cost-effective as all components are diecut from sheet form. This means no molded parts or expensive tooling. The locking mechanism also helps to reinforce key areas of the cardboard packaging and is easily removed after use for recycling.
