IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Final Deadline November 30, 2024
The client, a leading branding agency, has grown in Pasadena for 25 years. This project integrates w/ 1 & 3-story buildings long occupied by the firm. Integration of interior & exterior space is arguably SoCal's most significant contribution to 20th-century modernism. Internally, spaces are linked sequentially along an architectural promenade, but laterally they are episodic: an array of spaces with distinctive qualities of light, shape, proportion, some more contained than others, but always leading to another distinctive space.
