UMEC is a research and development company in AI & 5G industry, Lot Architects design an workspace emphasis in collaboration and innovation. Two main paths were introduced at an angle that divide the office into different zoning while maintain connectivity within. Common & communal spaces such as meeting rooms, townhall and breakout areas were placed strategically near the entrance and with the best views. These interweaving pocket spaces create a pleasant and spacious home-office atmosphere. They are easily access and provide diverse working spatial qualities for various events.
