Nothing speaks to California Living more than the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. In our Hermosa Beach project, we took this concept and applied it at its best by making the interior a transparent space that seamlessly connects an open and welcoming front yard with a private and protected pool/sunbathing deck. The pool is ideal for relaxing, exercise or entertainment, and brings tons of natural light to the basement below. Overall, the setting is ideal to host a wide range of guests.
