The project is located in Beilun District BLZB07-02-39 Lot (Gateway Area #5), north side of Rock River West, core area of the junction of Lingjiang Road and Lushan Middle Road. Project scale: total land area of 13,850 square meters, total construction area of 59,099 square meters, of which the ground floor area of 41,549 square meters, underground construction area of 17,550 square meters.
