The GTC project, located in Huangpu District in Guangzhou, is a mixed-use complex comprising four high-rise office towers and an ancillary retail podium.
The design takes inspiration from "cloud waterfall," abstracting the dynamic pouring down of clouds and integrating it into the architectural form. Building volumes enclose a central garden with multi-level communal space, promoting communication and stimulating vitality.
The project features futuristic stainless steel fins and customized glazing. We can envision it will be an iconic landmark in Guangzhou City.
