To represent the theme of this educational conference, ?A Principled Stand,? we chose to draw a typographical line in the sand. On each element of the system, the type is physically split, requiring the reader to visually engage with how the line of type ?stands? on the page. With a minimal budget we the program is extremely minimal ? two colors, one typeface, no images. The refined yet playful typography and surprising variation of scales, folds and formats combine to create an experience that is joyfully intellectual, with an array of thoughtful details to reward the curious.
