Blue Telescope developed a suite of exhibits for the European Hematology Association's annual conference focused on immuno-oncology, an emerging treatment approach that targets the body's immune system to help it fight cancer.
Visitors first encounter a serpentine counter featuring a timeline of significant events in the history of immuno-oncology. Additional exhibit zones use digital media to present the basics of the immune system, assessments of clinical trial data, and adverse events related to immuno-oncology.
The centerpiece of the exhibition is a unique, large-scale media experience in which tumors and immune cells float down a digital wall onto an interactive tabletop. Visitors select the floating images to explore emerging therapies through interactive animations. Each treatment is presented step-by-step, inviting visitors to interact through simple gestures, such as dragging t-cells to tumors or activating a virtual syringe.
Blue Telescope worked closely with EHA and the exhibit's sponsors to ensure that the content reflected the latest research, communicated clearly, and was medically accurate.
