Positioned near Forsyth Park, the design reflects resilience and refinement through sleek lines, bold shapes, and raw materials, bridging past and future. Prioritizing well-being, the space integrates Attention Restoration Theory, Sociopetal Seating, and Prospect and Refuge principles, fostering mental refreshment, social interaction, and comfort. The result is a holistic, sophisticated workspace that balances productivity and mindfulness.
