Once my mom tell to me that it was awful that every time she collects clothes, she need to lower her laundry-drying rack first and check if the clothes were completely dry by hand. If she found it is still wet, she need to elevate the rack again. Sometimes when the moisture is high, it is more difficult to check by hand. That's when I started to think about it.
