SEOUL RESONANT SCAPE

This proposal focuses more on overlapping a new urban fabric into 25 bridges and concrete terraces along Han River, Seoul, and thus emphasizes on creating sustainable and flexible cityscape responding all information citizens make. By creating flexible infrastructures at the scale of the neighborhoods, Seoul citizens are able to contact with the system on the river which supports urban sustainable life. This strategy allows people actively to participate in designing an ever-changing cityscape which responding to dynamic information, and to enjoy a new interface connecting people and city.
