RCubes Hotel

The popularity of any building can be measured by the amount of interaction with people and creating a strong mental image.
The project has designed in the downtown Tehran next to the crowded park. We designed extra core next to the park side to reinforce interaction with people in the LALEh park around the building.This public core makes a direct access to public functions and hanging garden on top of the tower . All people can experience a hanging vertical garden beside the horizontal park !
On the other hand we tried to create a particular mental image with the form of suspended cubes . The hanging cubes are surrounded by a diagrid structures. The structure of cubes are joined to the main structure. The main structure includes two concrete cores and 14 steel columns. The form of the tower provides different views on Tehran city and green terraces between the stories.
