Entry Description

I call it the Switch Whisk. It essentially is a self-cleaning whisk that retracts into a shell and cleans itself. And on the other side of the whisk is a soft and flexible silicone spatula/batter spoon that can help you in transfer whatever you just whisked and clean the bowl.
