DARU - Danish Adventure Race Union

Adventure race combines 2 or more disciplines. Teams of 2-4 people compete in races lasting from 1-10 days. They plan their own route and must finish together. DARU is a non-profit organization, with a vision to unite and improve the sport. The inspiration came from the headlights of the 4 team members - the 4 yellow dots also symbolize the union and race waypoints. The shape of each letter in the DARU logo refer to the main disciplines: Trek, Kayak, Bike and Climb. A dynamic graphic pattern supports the spirit of the sport and its many variations.

CRO - Claus Rysser Ogihara is an art director and graphic designer from Denmark with 15 years of experience and a Master's degree from the Danish Design School. He specializes in corporate visual identity and packaging design. He has worked with global and prominent brands within Luxury, Fashion, Sport, Healthcare, Banking, Energy, Technology and Food sectors. He has won and been nominated for several international design awards. His work is featured in prestigious design books, magazines and websites. He is the founder and creative director of CRO - Design studio in Copenhagen, since 2010.
