The Symphonic Dawn is a typographic narrative of Beethoven’s life as a composer. The newspaper carries the idea of how music has always been a constant bridging element between generations. Every spread here is a slice of Beethoven’s untold story. The project also reflects a stark juxtaposition of two strong forces - Old and New. Something as simple and old school as a newspaper was transformed through typography and layout to make it more modern, current and cohesive. The publication stands as a master key to deconstruct Beethoven and the power of his music through typography.
