The SPACE by IO House is a small offgrid house. The design was inspired by geometric car designs and the feeling of movement, use of technology and materials of high-end boats. Two decades of research of living spaces gave us architects an understanding of the essentials that we wanted to see in the IO House which is using some colours of the past with contemporary technological solutions and materials. Special design feature of the house is a folding terrace on both sides which can be lifted up to create a closed enevelope of a building.
