Entry Description

The 400 sqm Crane Pavilion, perched on a hill top overlooking the reserve, silently communicates with the nature, as a meeting place between the burial site and natural reserve. A continuous folded plate, reminiscent of the simple folding form of a paper origami crane integrates functions of public parking, a public reception cafe, an open platform, crane living spaces, caretakers dorms, public bathrooms and storage rooms in various elevation levels.
