The Hoefling House is a near-Net Zero Energy, LEED Platinum, 3,100 sf. modern custom home. The client’s design brief called for a bold and original modern design, that was both beautiful and sustainable. They also asked that we create a very site-specific design - reflecting a carefully crafted balance between capturing towering views and Passive solar design. The exterior material palette includes board-form concrete inside and out, Doug Fir, "live" roofs, and stucco for a distinctly Colorado feel.
