To commemorate 700th anniversary of Ramon Llull, writer, we had to design The Beasts' Book.
It is a fable, with all sorts of strategies from some animals to bring down the lion king. Like in chess. The chromatic range was inspired by the red/blue, used by the contemporary scribes of Ramon Llull, and it serves to differentiate the old Catalan version texts (red) from those actual Catalan (blue).
It's a book that when opened, becomes a chessboard, to which we can play, extracting the pieces from the box. At the end of each chapter explains the rules of the game.
