Adler Placemaking

In creating environmental graphics for SCAD's Graphic Design building, Adler Hall, I wanted to play with perspective using bold typographic elements and colors. The colors black and yellow were chosen because they are SCAD's colors. To bring in the level of visual impact I felt Adler needed, students are brought throughout the space with bold and multi-planar typography. Adler lacked visual cohesion in its previous environmental graphic identities and this is something I chose to remedy. Each hallway or space exhibits different elements but there is a very apparent common thread.
