Entry Description

The complex is a porous and inter-connected urban cluster sensitively built in response to local fabric. Programs are arranged in sectional relationship with multi-level exhibition & events spaces on the lower portion open up to connect public and cultural promenade loop; storage and administrative offices gradually stack on top with a step back manner to allow daylight penetration and create sky terrace towards the adjacent river. Metal veil skin strategy composed of fine extrusion of aluminum fins could satisfy various programs requiring different degree of daylight,ventilation & humidity.
