AEW engaged Elkus Manfredi Architects for a reimagined HQ design that would promote wellness and reflect AEW’s stature as an industry leader and a company known for their inclusive culture. The space features abundant daylight, views of Boston Harbor, and a variety of workspaces. Designers turned the space inside out, moving private offices to the center of the floor and positioning workstations and collaboration areas near windows. The AEW team were engaged in the process, customizing their communal “back porch” with furnishings they need to succeed and selecting a diverse art collection.
