This project reimagines the iconic Lviv pastry shop focusing on material innovation and design sophistication. The interior harmonizes Italian marble and custom eggshell plaster, creating a luxurious yet grounded aesthetic. Marble, with caramel-like veins, enhances the floors and countertops, while the eggshell plaster, made from 1,500 kg of recycled shells, provides a unique textured wall finish. The space features three halls, each designed with clean lines and subtle arches to optimize light flow. Restored vintage furniture and minimalist lighting complete the design, emphasizing pastries.
