Entry Description

The redevelopment of Abbot Mill, a 19th century textile mill complex has taken an abandoned industrial property and resurrected it into a beautiful, safe residential community listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project consists of 130 apartments in a combination of lofts, flats, town-homes and common spaces including a multi-story sky lit atrium, in 12 buildings totaling over 200,000 SF. Basement areas of the buildings were excavated to provide interior parking minimizing the amount of paved, surface parking required. The
