Through my collection, ‘Bani Thani’, I strive to portray my vision of the contemporary Indian beauty. Growing up, I have often come across the stereotypical notion of people thinking that India is a conservative country especially for women. Through "Bani Thani", I aim to represent the liberal side of India as people are getting educated and leaving the orthodoxical ideas behind. This collection is for the bold, independent, and strong women who stand up against the orthodoxical rules created by the society which are irrelevant now.
