the design of the Iranian Pavilion began under the theme connecting mind,creating the Future,with this being expressed into three subthemes:mobility,sustainability,opportunity.the main form is derived from the elements of Iranian architecture such as the Chahar Bagh,Chahar Taghi, Karbandi and porch.By creating a mid-form openness and creating a central courtyard(Iranian architecture) it helps to provide natural air conditioning and air flow.the stairs were considered as a symbol of ascension from the earth(past)to the sky(future)both in form and as the main element in the inner circulation.
