Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam – Online Campus

During Covid, the importance of a campus became apparent. VU Amsterdam found they needed to offer students and personnel all functions of the campus online as well, while adding experience to the online websites and services of the VU. The result is a kind of Metaverse before that was announced. It is like Discord, but fully integrated. A digital universe that is both portal and enrichment of interaction. A view into the space in between. In between site and community, in between IRL and learning from home. Everything is browser and app based, built with VueJS/Nuxt, PixieJS, and headless APIs.

Progress in the world has shifted up a gear. Demanding real action from us all. Therefore, we only have time for the brands that are relevant to us. Who help us solve problems, who help us move forward. At TD, we help brands find their purpose and live their promise.
