In terms of the floor layout, LSD separates the spaces according to different behaviours and functions. The “external” space is continuous but circuitous (like the street, the square, the park), for example, the restaurant, the passageway, the book reading area, and other public spaces; while the “internal” space is independent and tranquil (like the houses), for example, the VIP rooms, Spa room, the locker room, etc. As a matter of fact, the natural light is rarely used in this whole project, so that people can stay away from any external indicators of time.
